LA GUINELLE, ARTISAN EN 2019
Fondé en 1999 par Nathalie Fort la Guinelle est une vinaigrerie nichée dans le creux des reliefs situé sur la côte Catalane sous le regard de la tour de la Madeloc, à la sortie du hameau de Cospron appartenant à la commune de Port-vendre dans les Pyrénées-Orientales. Elle est la dernière de plein air encore en activité. Le charme de ce lieu en séduit plus d'un. C'est le long d'un cours d'eau asséché l'été et ruisselant en hiver qu' Edgar, John, Frederick et Bram travaillent l'art de transformer le vin naturel local en vinaigre.

Founded in 1999 by Nathalie Fort la Guinelle is a vinegar factory nestled in the hollow of the relief located on the Catalan coast under the view of the Madeloc tower, at the exit of the hamlet of Cospron belonging to the municipality of Port-vendre in the Pyrénées-Orientales.
