— Bio

I discovered photography while I directed short movies and I started practicing by doing street of photography. My camera quickly became a reliable everyday companion to me. Through the years, taking pictures became something so crucial to me and influenced my way of grasping things around me so much that I decided toleave behind my energy engineering background and career to become an independent photographer and a photojournalist.
To my mind, photographing is a way to find meaning within the chaos; order and beauty in the world's immense offering. I see it as a tool to suggest an interpretation of reality through the mean of images. On a more personalstand point, photographing has provided me with an answer to a simple and raw need to getting closer to thingsand people. I also find it is a way to keep me on my toes when considering things that became too familiar to methrough proximity and time. Eventually, it is a license to tackle different topics that would be of interest to me,whether these matters are social or environmental, present-based or timeless, intimate or collective.
