The President of the Republic received Olusegun Obasanjo, High Representative of the African Union for the Horn of Africa and former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, at the Elysée Palace for a discussion on the diplomatic efforts of the African Union, particularly with regard to the security and humanitarian situation in the Horn of Africa.
