Granite Island, a small rocky island located just opposite Victor Harbor, on the south coast of Australia, offers a spectacular coastal landscape shaped by granite formations several hundred million years old.
Connected to the mainland by a dike accessible on foot or by horse-drawn tram, the island is an emblematic walking place of the region. Between rocks carved by the waves, sea winds and horizons open to the Southern Ocean, it is also home to a discreet fauna, including the famous little penguins.
