La Gare de Dax et son parvis Valéry-Giscard-d’Estaing
En avril 2025, le parvis de la gare ferroviaire et routière de Dax a été baptisé esplanade Valéry Giscard d’Estaing. Le choix du nom de l’ancien président de la Rapublique française à la tête dyu pays entre 1974 et 1981 a été attribué par un vote du conseil municipal de la ville des Landes, région du sud ouest de la France.

In April 2025, the forecourt of the Dax railway and bus station was named Esplanade Valéry Giscard d'Estaing. The name of the former President of the French Republic, who led the country between 1974 and 1981, was chosen by a vote of the municipal council of the town in the Landes region of south-western France.
