Le Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, plus grand festival annuel de musique, danse et chant traditionnels irlandais s’est tenu à Belfast, en Irlande du nord, du 2 au 9 août 2026. Il a attiré plus d’un million de visiteurs. Organisé par Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann, l’événement a proposé des compétitions de niveau national, des concerts, des céilís, des animations de rue et des expositions culturelles. Belfast, seule ville d’Irlande classée Ville UNESCO de musique, a accueilli cet événement pour la première fois, transformant toute la ville en scène géante.

The Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, the largest annual festival of traditional Irish music, dance, and song, was held in Belfast, Northern Ireland, from August 2 to 9, 2026. It attracted more than one million visitors. Organized by Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann, the event featured national-level competitions, concerts, céilís, street performances, and cultural exhibitions. Belfast, the only city in Ireland designated a UNESCO City of Music, hosted the event for the first time, transforming the entire city into one giant stage.
