Entre Océan Atlantique et Manche, sur la côte du Finistère Nord, l'archipel de Lilia sur la commune de Plouguerneau. Dominé par la silhouette du phare de l'île Vierge, le paysage est saisissant. Les tables portant les poches d'huîtres se découvrent, permettant aux ostréiculteurs de secouer et de retourner les poches contenant le précieux mollusque. Brassées régulièrement, les huîtres gardent ainsi une forme équilibrée. Il faudra entre trois et cinq années pour obtenir un produit maintenant largement réputé, fruit d'un travail passionné régulièrement récompensé. Between the Atlantic Ocean and the English Channel, on the coast of northern Finistère, lies the Lilia archipelago on the commune of Plouguerneau. At every high tide, a strange ballet unfolds on the foreshore. The tables holding the oyster bags are uncovered, allowing the oyster farmers to shake and turn the bags containing the precious mollusks. Stirred regularly, the oysters thus maintain a balanced shape. It takes between three and five years to produce a product that is now widely renowned, the result of passionate work that is regularly recognized.
