FRANCE, Paris, le 10 mars 2026. Rassemblement devant le Ministere de l’Enseignement Superieur et de la Recherche ou le Conseil National de l’Enseignement Superieur et de la Recherche (Cneser) examinera le budget 2026 sans nouveaux moyens en raison du vote tardif du PLF. Etudiants et professeurs denoncent l austerite budgetaire dans le service public de l’ESR et la mise au pas des universites publiques et organismes nationaux de recherches par leur sous-financement chronique. Ils reclament des moyens pour l emploi, la liberte academique et l avenir de la jeunesse.

FRANCE, Paris, March 10, 2026. Gathering in front of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, where the National Council for Higher Education and Research (Cneser) will examine the 2026 budget without new funding due to the late vote on the draft finance bill. Students and professors denounce budgetary austerity in the public service of higher education and research and the subjugation of public universities and national research organizations through chronic underfunding. They are demanding resources for employment, academic freedom, and the future of young people.
