FRANCE, Paris, le 7 aout 2025. Rassemblement d opposants a la loi Duplomb devant le Conseil Constitutionnel appele a donner son avis sur le texte. Apres une petition mobilisant plus de 2 millions de citoyens, les sages ont censuré l’article 2, le plus conteste de cette loi et qui visait à reintroduire sous conditions l acetamipride, un puissant insecticide de la famille des neonicotinoides, decrie pour sa toxicite.

FRANCE, Paris, August 7, 2025. Opponents of the Duplomb law gather in front of the Constitutional Council, which has been called upon to give its opinion on the text. After a petition mobilizing more than 2 million citizens, the judges censured Article 2, the most controversial part of the law, which aimed to reintroduce acetamiprid, a powerful insecticide from the neonicotinoid family, under certain conditions. Acetamiprid has been criticized for its toxicity.
