France, Saint-Denis, le 4 octobre 2026. Des lyceens venus de toute l Ile-de-France se sont reunis en assemblee generale a l appel du collectif RED-Jeunes (Rassemblement pour l egalite et la democratie). Temoignant de conditions d etudes deplorables et d une forme de segregation scolaire ils denoncent aussi la forte repression policiere. Ils veulent structurer le mouvement et envisagent de creer un syndicat des lyceens de banlieue.

France, Saint-Denis, October 4, 2026. High school students from across the Île-de-France region gathered for a general assembly at the call of the RED-Jeunes collective (Rally for Equality and Democracy). Highlighting deplorable learning conditions and a form of school segregation, they also denounce the severe police crackdown. They want to organize the movement and are considering forming a union for high school students in the suburbs.
