Propriété de la Ville de Paris depuis le XIXe siècle bien que située sur la commune de Source-Seine, cette enclave bucolique abritait autrefois un sanctuaire gallo-romain voué aux vertus guérisseuses de l'eau. Entre allées herbeuses, sous-bois verdoyants et premier pont de pierre enjambant le ruisseau naissant, les images capturent la quiétude intemporelle d'un lieu patrimonial où commence le destin du fleuve de la capitale.

Owned by the City of Paris since the 19th century despite being located in Burgundy, this bucolic enclave once hosted a Gallo-Roman sanctuary dedicated to the healing powers of the spring. Through grassy paths, quiet woodlands, and the very first stone bridge spanning the emerging stream, the photographs capture the timeless stillness of the historic site where the capital's river begins its journey.
