TAROKO GORGE
Parmi les sept merveilles naturelles d'Asie, les gorges de Taroko sont d'une incroyable splendeur : 20 km de route surplombant un canyon fermé sur de hautes falaises de marbre. Prolongeant la chaîne de montagne centrale, le parc national compte des sommets de 3 000 m enserrant la rivière de Liwu, des cascades, des sources chaudes et une flore variée. L'enclavement de cette région de Taïwan a permis à cette merveille naturelle de ne pas souffrir de l'activité humaine.
TAROKO GORGE
Among the seven natural wonders of Asia, the Taroko Gorge is of incredible splendour : 20 km of road overlooking an enclosed canyon on high marble cliffs. Extending the central mountain range, the national park has 3,000m peaks surrounding the Liwu River, waterfalls, hot springs and a variety of flora. The landlocked nature of this region of Taiwan has allowed this natural wonder to remain untouched by human activity.
