Trois militants des droits des réfugiés ont entamé une grève de la faim ce lundi 11 octobre pour attirer l'attention sur les conditions de vie difficiles subies par les ressortissants étrangers qui tentent de se rendre au Royaume-Uni depuis la région française de Calais. Three refugee rights activists have begun a hunger strike on Monday (October 11) to draw attention to harsh living conditions suffered by foreign nationals trying to get to the UK from France's Calais region. Pas-de-Calais Secours Catholique's priest Philippe Demeestere, Anaïs Vogel and Ludovic Holbein, a couple in their thirties who has been working with refugees for months, have set up camp beds in a local Catholic church in the city center, Saint-Pierre de Calais.
