Le Mok7acha est un jeu de crosse traditionnel pratique dans le Sahara marocain, dont M hamid El Ghizlane constitue l un des foyers historiques. La crosse est taillee dans le bois de tamaris, la balle confectionnee en laine de dromadaire. Chaque joueur fabrique lui-meme ses propres equipements. La pratique se transmet au sein des communautes locales sans codification ecrite, portee par les joueurs qui en assurent la continuite. Les regles varient d une communaute a l autre et se transmettent uniquement par la pratique. Aujourd hui, ce sont les jeunes generations qui en sont les premiers acteurs, jouant un role central dans la perpetuation de cette tradition. Le Mok7acha s inscrit dans un patrimoine sportif et culturel plus large, celui des peuples amazighs du Sud marocain, pour qui le jeu a toujours occupe une fonction sociale et identitaire forte.
