TCHAPPA ?
Expulsées de leur campement lors de la dernière mise à l'abri le 27 octobre, plus de 200 personnes n'ont pas pu monter dans les bus et attendent toujours une solution d'hébergement à La Chapelle.
Il y a eu ces 3 jours passés sur un bout de trottoir encerclés par des gendarmes qui confisquent les tentes et les matelas. 3 jours sur un bout de carton sans aucune ressource à garder l'espoir d'une mise à l'abri promise la veille. Des moments où les policiers autorisent ou interdisent l'accès aux toilettes qui se trouvent de l'autre côté du trottoir. Les parcs dans lesquels se trouvait l'accès à l'eau ont été fermés pour empêcher l'installation d'un campement. Des associations présentes jour et nuit pour partager, soutenir, orienter et organiser des distributions. Depuis le 30 Novembre, ces 200 personnes originaires principalement d'Afghanistan ont pu se réinstaller sous ce même tunnel en dessous du métro de La Chapelle avec la même question en tête : Tchappa ? Qui veut dire mise à l'abri en Pachto.

Evicted from their camp during the last shelter on 27 October, more than 200 people were not able to get on the buses and are still waiting for an accommodation solution in La Chapelle.
There were these 3 days spent on a piece of pavement surrounded by gendarmes who confiscated tents and mattresses. 3 days on a piece of cardboard without any resources to keep the hope of a shelter promised the day before. Moments when the police allow or forbid access to the toilets on the other side of the pavement on condition that they are accompanied by a volunteer. The parks where the access to water was located were closed to prevent the installation of a camp. Associations were present day and night to share, support, guide and organise distributions. Since 30 November, these 200 people, mainly from Afghanistan, have been able to resettle under the same tunnel below the La Chapelle metro station with the same question in mind: Tchappa? Which means shelter in Pashto.
