Le port de Constanta en première ligne
Le port de Constanta en Roumanie, le plus grand port de la Mer Noire, est débordé depuis l'invasion de l'Ukraine par la Russie, le 24 février 2022. Le port roumain, qui transportait 68 millions de tonnes de marchandises par an, est maintenant contraint de garantir le transit d'une grande partie des 150 millions de tonnes d'import-export traitées par les ports ukrainiens, paralysés par la guerre. Un mois après l'invasion, les entreprises travaillant à Constanta constatent une augmentation de 25 à 30 % du trafic. "Si la situation continue ainsi, nous aurons bientôt besoin de plus d'espace de stockage", déclare Gabriel Codet, directeur des opérations de la société d'import-export Socep, l'un des principaux opérateurs du port.

The port of Constanta in Rumania, the largest port of the Black Sea, is overwhelmed since the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, in February 24th, 2022. The Romanian port, which used to move 68 million tones of goods per year, now is forced to guarantee the safe transit of a large part of the 150 million tones of import-export handled by the Ukrainian ports that have been paralysed because of the war.
