Le bassiste anglais Dave Holland fait partie depuis la fin des années 1960 des musiciens les plus en vue du jazz, lorsqu'il rejoint le 5tet de Miles Davis et joue sur son disque phare Bitches Brew. Depuis, les collaborations de haut niveau se sont succédées. Nous le retrouvons en trio au Cully Jazz Festival 2024 avec Jaleel Shaw (sax) et Eric Harland (drms).

English bassist Dave Holland has been one of the most prominent musicians in jazz since the late 1960s, when he joined Miles Davis's 5tet and played on his seminal album Bitches Brew. Since then he has worked with a wide variety of leading musicians. At the Cully Jazz Festival 2024, we find him in a trio with Jaleel Shaw (sax) and Eric Harland (drms).
