Camilla George 4tet - Ibio Ibio
Originaire du Nigeria et vivant à Londres, la saxophoniste Camilla George fait partie d'une nouvelle génération de musiciens de jazz anglais qui mélange jazz, Afro-jazz, R&B et hip-hop. Le Camilla George 4tet s'est produit au JazzOnzePlus Festival 2023 avec Renato Paris (key), Karl Rasheed Abel (bass) et Roy Youngs (drms). Son 3ème album, Ibio Ibio, est un hommage à sa tribu, le peuple Ibibio de la côte Sud-Est du Nigéria.

Her third album Ibio Ibio is a tribute to her tribe the Ibibio people of Southern Eastern Coastal Nigeria.
