Nouvelle cité administrative et réhabilitation du site Lemaresquier
Les portes de la nouvelle cité administrative de Toulouse ont ouvert début février, les agents des directions régionales et départementales concernées emménageront service par service dans les nouveaux locaux pendant les mois à venir.
Après 2 ans de travaux, le bâtiment art déco Lemaresquier a été réhabilité et deux nouveaux bâtiments ont été construits, dans une optique de modernisation des cités administratives et de revalorisation historique du site.

The old art deco Lemaresquier building has been rehabilitated and two new buildings have been erected, with keeping in mind both the modernization of administratives buildings, and enhancing the historical value of the site.
