Procès des viols de Mazan à la cour d’assises du Gard
Ce lundi 6 octobre 2025, Gisèle Pelicot, est à nouveau confrontée à l’un de ses agresseurs présumés, Husamettin Dogan, le seul à avoir maintenu son appel contre sa condamnation. Elle est arrivée en début d’après-midi à la cour d’Assises du Gard sous les applaudissements et dans la cohue. Cette semaine, elle entame une nouvelle épreuve avec l’appel de Husamettin Dogan, un ex-ouvrier du bâtiment de 44 ans qui comparaît libre. Condamné en première instance à neuf ans de prison, il encourt à nouveau vingt ans de réclusion. Le procès en appel est prévu pour durer quatre jours.

On Monday, October 6, 2025, Gisèle Pelicot was once again confronted with one of her alleged attackers, Husamettin Dogan, the only one to have maintained his appeal against his conviction. She arrived in the early afternoon at the Gard Court of Assizes to applause and in the midst of a commotion. This week, she faces a new ordeal with the appeal of Husamettin Dogan, a 44-year-old former construction worker who appears free. Initially sentenced to nine years in prison, he now faces up to twenty years of imprisonment. The appeal trial is scheduled to last four days.
