Journée nationale d'hommage aux Harkis

La ministre déléguée chargée des Collectivités territoriales et de la Ruralité a présidé la cérémonie d?hommage aux Harkis et autres membres des formations supplétives de l?armée française en Algérie. Cette journée veut, soixante ans après la fin du conflit franco-algérien, honorer les combattants algériens qui ont servi sous le drapeau Français. mais aussi reconnaître leur souffrance, qu'ils soient restés en Algérie ou qu'ils soient venus vivre en France.
National Day of Tribute to the Harkis
Toulouse, France, 2023-09-25. The Minister for Territorial Communities and Rural Affairs presided over the ceremony to pay tribute to the Harkis and other members of the French army's auxiliary units in Algeria. Sixty years after the end of the Franco-Algerian conflict, this day honours the Algerian servicemen who served under the French flag, but also recognises their suffering, whether they remained in Algeria or came to live in France.
