La Guarida, le palais devenu grand restaurant gastronomique à La Havane, Cuba
Le restaurant de lux gastronomique La Guarida au centre de La Havane à Cuba est surtout et avant tout un monument historique, une véritable merveille d architecture espagnol. Après la Revolution Cubaine de 1959 ce palais colonial a été divisé en petits appartements pour loger plusieurs familles. En 1993 le film Fraise et Chocolat y a été tourné. En 1996, Enrique Nunez del Valle qui est né dans un de ces appartements, décide de fonder un petit restaurant privé dans son deux pièces avant d acheter progressivement tout l immeuble pour faire aujourd’hui le restaurant le plus luxueux de la capitale cubaine.

La Guarida a luxury restaurant in central Havana Cuba is above all a historical monument of Spanish architecture. After the Cuban Revolution of 1959, this old colonial palace was divided into small apartments to house several families. In 1993, it was used to shoot the film Strawberries and Chocolate. In 1996, Enrique Nunez del Valle, who was born in one of these apartments, decides to create a small private restaurant in his two room flat . He progressively bought the entire building to make it today the most luxurious gastronomical restaurant in Cuba.
