Lors d'un intervention sur RTL le 31 janvier dernier, Sophie Binet questionné sur le "chantage à l'emploi" que certains patrons invoquait sur les media pour alerte sur la fiscalité et les réglementations qui pouvaient les encourages a une délocalisation, elle a répondu par l' expression " les rats quittent le navire". Une plainte pour injure publique a alors été déposée par le mouvement « Entreprises de taille humaine indépendantes et de croissance », présidé par Mme Sophie de Menthon, à l’encontre de Sophie Binet

During an interview on RTL on 31 January, Sophie Binet was asked about the ‘employment blackmail’ that some employers were invoking in the media to warn about taxation and regulations that could encourage them to relocate. She responded with the expression ‘the rats are leaving the ship’. A complaint for public insult was then filed against Sophie Binet by the movement ‘Entreprises de taille humaine indépendantes et de croissance’ (Independent and Growing Human-Sized Businesses), chaired by Ms Sophie de Menthon.
