Le village olympique entame sa deuxième vie
Comme annoncé par le comité olympique, le village olympique est devenu une partie intégrante des villes sur lesquelles il a été implanté. Cette reconversion entraîne notamment des ventes de lieux d’habitation, allant du studio au cinq-pièces. Les prix catalogue annoncés pour l’immeuble Apogée, du programme Mundo, vont de 238 000 euros pour un T1, à 312 430 euros pour un T3, et 518 708 euros pour un T5.
The Olympic Village begins its second life
As announced by the Olympic Committee, the Olympic Village has become an integral part of the cities in which it was established. This conversion notably involves the sale of residential units, ranging from studios to five-room apartments. The listed prices for the Apogée building, part of the Mundo development, range from €238,000 for a one-room apartment, to €312,430 for a three-room, and €518,708 for a five-room unit.
