Après le cessez-le-feu qui dure depuis 15 jours entre Israël et le Hamas, celui-ci a abouti à l’échange d’otages israéliens contre des prisonniers palestiniens. Rima Hassan participait à la manifestation organisée par l’association France Palestine Solidarité, faisant partie d’un collectif militant pour une paix entre les peuples palestinien et israélien, manifestation pour demander la fin des massacres à Gaza et aussi la suspension de l’accord d’association entre l’Union européenne et l’État d’Israël. Accord qui régit le dialogue politique et les échanges commerciaux.
