In anticipation of the 2027 presidential election, the social-democratic left is organizing. The Socialist Party, in partnership with the Place Publique movement and the Republican and Socialist Left, is setting up an internal ballot dubbed 'Choisir 2027' (Choosing 2027). It was precisely as part of this campaign that Raphaël Glucksmann, Member of the European Parliament and co-founder of Place Publique, held a major public meeting at the Espace Landowski amphitheater in Boulogne-Billancourt on Friday, October 2, 2026.
