Une journée de cohésion autour du cochon
A l’initiative du club du 3ème âge Lou Bagans de Sent Andriou, et dans une ambiance amicale, une trentaine de bénévoles (pour la plupart retraités et venant de plusieurs associations) se sont retrouvés pour préparer du boudin. Un porc et plusieurs têtes ont été cuisinés d’après une recette traditionnelle, puis servis dans la soirée à l’occasion d’un grand repas réunissant presque 200 personnes
A day of togetherness around the pig
At the initiative of the Lou Bagans de Sent Andriou senior citizens' club, and in a friendly atmosphere, thirty volunteers (most of them retired and from several associations) got together to prepare boudin (black pudding). A pig and several heads were cooked according to a traditional recipe, then served in the evening at a large meal attended by almost 200 people.
