Abdullah Uçmak, 89 ans, est né à Istanbul. En 1964, il se rend aux Pays-Bas pour travailler d'abord dans l'industrie textile. Il se marie avec sa femme Neriman quatre ans plus tard. Neriman travaillait pour le fabricant de chocolat néerlandais Droste. Ils ont vécu de nombreuses années à Haarlem et sont maintenant de retour en Turquie, dans le quartier de Kemerburgaz, dans la banlieue d'Istanbul.

Abdullah Uçmak, 89 years-old, is born in Istanbul. In 1964, he went to Holland to work first in the textile industry. He got married to his wife Neriman 4 years later. Neriman worked for the Dutch Droste chocolate manufacturer. They lived for many years in Haarlem and now they are back in Turkey, in Kemerburgaz district in the suburbs of Istanbul.
