Malgré l'interdiction de la Préfecture, plusieurs milliers de personnes de se sont retrouvés à Jean Macé, entre le 7eme et e 3eme arrondissement de Lyon pour protester contre la vie cher et le manque de moyens dans l'Education nationale. Ces mouvements sociaux sont le résultat d’une profonde colère liée au manque de moyens dans l’Éducation nationale, et à la hausse du prix des carburants et de l'alimentation.

Despite the ban imposed by the Prefecture, several thousand people gathered at Jean Macé, in the 7th and 3rd arrondissements of Lyon to protest the high cost of living and the lack of funding in the national education system. These social movements are the result of deep-seated anger over the lack of funding in the national education system and the rising prices of fuel and food.
