Vendanges 2025 dans les vignes de Châteaugay

Les vendangeurs récoltent les raisins avant leur transport vers le chai, où ils sont triés, acheminés et mis en cuve pour poursuivre leur transformation.
Le domaine travaille notamment le Gamay et le Pinot noir pour ses vins rouges ainsi que le Chardonnay pour ses vins blancs. Les vins produits dans le secteur bénéficient de l’AOP Côtes d’Auvergne, dont Châteaugay constitue l’une des cinq dénominations géographiques complémentaires. La dénomination Côtes d’Auvergne Châteaugay concerne notamment les vins rouges répondant au cahier des charges de l’appellation.
The 2025 Grape Harvest in the Châteaugay Vineyards
Châteaugay, Puy-de-Dôme, France, September 2025. Grape harvest at the estate of Stéphane Bonjean, a winemaker based near Châteaugay in the Côtes d’Auvergne wine region. The harvesters pick the grapes before they are transported to the winery, where they are sorted, conveyed, and placed in vats to continue the winemaking process.
The estate primarily cultivates Gamay and Pinot Noir for its red wines, as well as Chardonnay for its white wines. Wines produced in the region bear the Côtes d’Auvergne AOP designation, of which Châteaugay is one of five complementary geographical designations. The Côtes d’Auvergne Châteaugay designation specifically applies to red wines that meet the appellation’s specifications.
