Apres le marquis de Sade et Pierre Cardin, voici Bruno le nouveau héros de Lacoste ! Bruno a eu un itinéraire chaotique dès sa naissance, et il est un veritable survivant. Né avec un syndrome polymalformatif, d'une mère venue de l'assistance publique et d'un père Lacostois: Bruno a trois narines, et le coeur au mauvais endroit. Il passe son enfance entre l'hôpital et l'école, en surveillance intensive des medecins, suite à une première opération du coeur à 29 mois. On lui place alors le coeur ...à droite!. Son pronostic vital est faible, Bruno ne pourra ni marcher ni parler et il est montré du doigt comme le monstre du village, l'handicapé. Bruno subit deux opérations du coeur et 30 opérations de chirurgie faciale. Aujourd'hui, Bruno Pitot combat et il a pris sa revanche. Il tient à son cher village de Lacoste après une rencontre majeure avec le grand couturier Pierre Cardin qui décide de le prendre sous son aile et de le former en tant que cuisinier au Maxims à Paris. Troisième adjoint au maire, cuisinier a l école d art américaine, Bruno a tout d un héros. Il se lève le matin et s occupe de ses habitants tout simplement par amour pour son village. De la visite de routine, au trajet a l hôpital, a la célébration d un baptême ou d un mariage, a la livraison des repas a une personne âgée, en cuisine, ou en habit de pompier, Bruno fait vivre le village de Lacoste. Il possède toutes les clefs du village, et même celle du chateau, et on le reveille la nuit. Bruno connait tout le monde, d'Emmanuel Macron à Gérard Depardieu, et tout le monde le connait même à Paris. On l'appelle le « couteau suisse » ou le « futur président ».

Born with a polymalformative syndrome, from a mother who came from the public assistance and a father from Lacostois: Bruno has three nostrils, and the heart in the wrong place. He spends his childhood between the hospital and the school, under intensive surveillance of the doctors, following a first heart operation at 29 months. His heart was placed on the right side. His prognosis was poor, Bruno could neither walk nor talk and was pointed out as the village monster, the handicapped. Bruno underwent two heart operations and 30 facial surgeries. Today, Bruno Pitot is fighting and he has taken his revenge. He holds on to his beloved village of Lacoste after a major encounter with the great fashion designer Pierre Cardin who decided to take him under his wing and train him as a chef at the Maxims in Paris. Third deputy mayor, cook at the American art school, Bruno has all the makings of a hero. He gets up in the morning and takes care of the inhabitants simply out of love for his village. From the routine visit, to the trip to the hospital, to the celebration of a baptism or a wedding, to the delivery of meals to an elderly person, in the kitchen, or in a fireman's outfit, Bruno keeps the village of Lacoste alive. He has all the keys to the village, and even to the castle, and he is woken up at night. Bruno knows everyone, from Emmanuel Macron to Gérard Depardieu, and everyone knows him even in Paris.
