PROCES JONATHAN ET LATIFA GEFFROY POUR APPARTENANCE A L'ETAT ISLAMIQUE

Jonathan Geffroy, sa mère et sa femme Latifa, comparaissent devant la cour d'assises spéciale pour appartenance à l'état islamique. Jonathan et Latifa sont jugés pour participation à une association de malfaiteurs en vue de la préparation d'un crime d'atteinte aux personnes et soustraction par un parent à ses obligations légales compromettant la santé, la sécurité, la moralité ou l'éducation de son enfant. Ils sont accusés d'être partis en Syrie début 2015, avec leurs deux enfants, pour rejoindre Daesh.
Capturé début 2017 par l'Armée syrienne libre (ASL) tandis qu'il cherchait à fuir la Syrie avec sa femme et ses deux enfants. Jonathan se présente comme un repenti et a livré de nombreuses informations aux enquêteurs sur son parcours au sein de l'organisation État islamique mais aussi sur les projets de l'organisation terroriste.

Jonathan Geffroy, his mother and his wife Latifa, appear before the special court of assizes for belonging to the Islamic State. Captured in early 2017 by the Free Syrian Army (FSA) while seeking to flee Syria with his wife and two children. Jonathan presents himself as a repentant and has given extensive information to investigators about his journey within the Islamic State organization but also about the projects of the terrorist organization.
