Y a-t-il déjà eu, dans l’histoire de Paris, autant de cabarets ?
Paris a le sens de la fête, les JO l’ont montré. Mais loin du patriarche Hemingway, la fête avait un tour queer qui a fait du bruit : on a entendu les heureux applaudir et les détracteurs crier au scandale. Le genre n’est pourtant pas nouveau, il y a déjà plus de 150 d’histoires dans la capitale.
Spectacle pour tous les adultes, ici on y boit, on y mange, et on discute. Le corps parle au cabaret, la sexualité aussi. Ça fait réagir. Ça questionne, ça bouscule ça rigole, et on en sort avec du baume au coeur. D’un, parce que la rage et l’optisme. De deux, parce qu’on a fait groupe. On a créé ensemble un espace de confiance, une force collective pour mettre à l’aise nos créatures.

Have there ever been so many cabarets in the history of Paris?
Paris knows how to party, as the Olympic Games showed. But far from the patriarch Hemingway, the party had a queer twist that caused quite a stir: we heard the happy crowd applauding and the detractors crying scandal. However, this genre is not new, with more than 150 stories already in the capital.
A show for all adults, here you drink, eat, and chat. The body speaks in cabaret, as does sexuality. It provokes a reaction. It questions, it shakes things up, it makes you laugh, and you leave with a warm feeling in your heart. Firstly, because of the rage and optimism. Secondly, because we formed a group. Together, we created a space of trust, a collective force to put our creatures at ease.
