Face à la multiplication des sangliers en zone urbaine, dégâts dans les jardins, risques d'accidents sur la route, une battue administrative de régulation à l’arc a été organisée à La Flèche (Sarthe), près des habitations. Une opération encadrée par la préfecture, motivée par des enjeux de sécurité. Des archers ont mené la battue, grâce à l'appui de l'Association des chasseurs à l'arc la Sarthe. ADMINISTRATION CULLING AND BOW HUNTING IN URBAN AREA TO REGULATE THE WILD BOAR POPULATION
FRANCE, LA FLÈCHE. 1 February 2026. Faced with an increase in the number of wild boars in urban areas, damage to gardens and the risk of road accidents, an administrative cull using bows was organised in La Flèche (Sarthe), near residential areas. The operation was supervised by the prefecture and motivated by safety concerns. Archers led the hunt, with the support of the Sarthe Bow Hunters' Association.
