FRANCE, SAINT-REMY LA VARENNE. DECEMBRE 2021. Le petit village de St-Remy la Varenne, Maine et Loire, accueille chaque année à l’automne, les Hortomnales. Une fête totalement dédiée à la courge, aux potirons et autres cucurbitacées. Pendant la préparation de la fête, j’ai photographié ces légumes au polaroid avant transfert sur du papier en crotte d’ éléphant.. Photographe: Jean-Michel DELAGE

FRANCE, SAINT-REMY LA VARENNE. DECEMBER 2021. Every autumn, the small village of St-Remy la Varenne, Maine et Loire, hosts the Hortomnales. A festival dedicated entirely to squash, pumpkins and other cucurbits. During the preparations for the festival, I photographed these vegetables using Polaroid before transferring them onto elephant dung paper. Photographer: Jean-Michel DELAGE
