Comme devant toutes les mairies de France, il a évoqué les violences urbaines qui ont touché tout le pays pendant la manifestation du 17 octobre. FRANCE, ANGERS. 19 October 2026. Christophe Béchu, the mayor of Angers, called for a public gathering outside Angers Town Hall at midday on Monday. As was the case outside all town halls across France, he spoke about the urban violence that affected the whole country during the demonstration on 17 October.
