Proces Boucher NAMORY
15 avril 2026 Pontoise. Tribunal de Pontoise. Proces M.Boucher / NAMORY. M. Boucher entrepreneur de BTP a embauché Namory , travailleur sans papiers. M. Boucher n'était pas présent au proces. Namory à été victime dans un accident dans l'entreprise de M. Boucher. Après avoir été son employé qu'il rémunérait peu au regard des heures travaillées et dans des conditions indignes. Lors d'un travail dans l'entreprise sur la confection de pièce de bétons volumineuse, Namory a été écrasé par une de ces pièce. Il a été emputé de plusieurs doigts, et garde d'autres importantes séquelles sur le corps. Namory est soutenu par l'association CCEM Comité Contre l'Esclavage Moderne, qui était présent, en nombre à l'audience. Il est assité par son conseil l'avocat Me. Mehdi Bouzaida NAMORY et son avocat MEHDI BOUZAIDA e des membre du CCEM
Trial Boucher Namory
April 15, 2026, Pontoise. Pontoise Court. Trial: M. Boucher v. Namory. Mr. Boucher, a construction contractor, hired Namory, an undocumented worker. Mr. Boucher was not present at the trial. Namory was the victim of an accident at Mr. Boucher’s company. Namory had been his employee, receiving low pay relative to the hours worked and laboring under degrading conditions. While working at the company on the production of large concrete blocks, Namory was crushed by one of these blocks. He had several fingers amputated and continues to suffer significant physical sequelae. Namory is supported by the CCEM (Committee Against Modern Slavery), which was present in large numbers at the hearing. He is represented by his attorney, Mehdi Bouzaida, and members of the CCEM.
