LES PISCINES DE SOULAC
There is a beach of artificial swimming pools in Soulac, in the Médoc. Concrete constructions over fifty years old allow water to enter within them depending on the height of the tides. Beachgoers come to swim in the ocean without the risk of the waves and the moods of the tides. Others come there to fish for shrimps or crabs which come to nest among the rocks. Beachgoers then meet flaneurs and fishermen meet sunbathers.
