Le soulèvement libyen
La révolution libyenne est un conflit armé issu d'un mouvement de contestation populaire qui s'est déroulé entre le 15 février 2011 et le
23 octobre 2011. Il s'inscrit dans un contexte de protestation dans les pays arabes. Durant l'avancée des rebelles s'opposant à la
dictature du général Kadhafi, venant de Benghazi, et se dirigeant vers Tripoli, un siège s'est formée autour de la ville de Misrata depuis
des mois. Sa libération quelques semaines plus tard offre aux rebelles l'opportunité de s'enfoncer un peu plus dans les lignes proches de
pouvoir Libyen, à savoir Tripoli. En août 2011, ils entrent dans la capitale et débute alors la bataille de Tripoli.

October 23rd, 2011. it joins in a context of protest in Arab countries. During the advance of the rebels opposing to the dictatorship of
general Gaddafi, coming from Benghazi, and going to Tripoli, a siege took place for months in the city of Misurata. Its liberation a few
weeks later offer to the rebels the opportunity to sink deeper into the Gaddafi?s lines close to the libyan capital, Tripoli. In August, 2011,
the battle of Tripoli began.
