C'est l'occasion de gouter le nouveau cidre qui sera embouteillé ou considéré "mature" au coeur du printemps, c'est aussi l'occasion de bien boire et bien manger selon la pure tradition basque.

This is an opportunity to taste the new cider that will be bottled or considered “mature” in the middle of spring, and it is also an opportunity to drink and eat well in the pure Basque tradition.
