Founded in 1978 by J Lopez Pardo and currently chaired by J I Arizona the Grupo Ornitologico Oscense is the oldest nature conservation association in Huesca Aragon studying wild birds in the Pyrenees and the Sierra de Guara through censuses banding and ecological initiatives while managing the Tiacuto feeding station in Nueno to support large raptors such as the griffon vulture the bearded vulture and the Egyptian vulture and offering workshops and birdwatching outings in Nueno in the province of Huesca in the Sierra de Guara in northern Spain on October 25 2026.
Fonde en 1978 par J Lopez Pardo et preside aujourd hui par J I Arizona le Grupo Ornitologico Oscense est la plus ancienne association de protection de la nature de Huesca en Aragon qui etudie les oiseaux sauvages des Pyrenees et de la Sierra de Guara via des recensements du baguage et des actions ecologiques tout en gerant le site de nourrissage de Tiacuto a Nueno pour soutenir les grands rapaces comme le vautour fauve le gypaete barbu et le percnoptere et en proposant des ateliers et des sorties de birdwatching a Nueno dans la province de Huesca en Sierra de Guara dans le nord de l Espagne le 25 octobre 2026.
