Visite en famille de la chocolaterie Ethiquable
À Fleurance, dans le Gers, la chocolaterie Ethiquable propose une visite libre et gratuite de son site de production. Le parcours invite petits et grands à découvrir l’univers du cacao, depuis les cacaoyères et le travail des petits producteurs jusqu’aux différentes étapes de fabrication du chocolat. Broyage, conchage, tempérage, moulage : la transformation des fèves en tablettes est présentée à travers un dispositif à la fois pédagogique et sensoriel. Ethiquable indique accueillir le public toute l’année, avec des ateliers dégustation sur réservation et des supports de visite adaptés aux enfants.
the Ethiquable chocolate factory
Located in Fleurance, in the Gers region of south-western France, the Ethiquable chocolate factory offers a free self-guided tour of its production site. The visit invites both children and adults to discover the world of cocoa, from the plantations and the work of small-scale producers to the different stages of chocolate making. Grinding, conching, tempering and moulding all form part of a pedagogical and sensory journey through the transformation of cocoa beans into chocolate bars. Designed with families in mind, the site also offers tasting workshops by reservation and children’s activity booklets on request.
