L'ancien président français Nicolas Sarkozy, accompagné de son épouse Carla Bruni, quitte son domicile alors que des partisans se sont rassemblés pour lui témoigner leur soutien le jour où il commence à purger sa peine de cinq ans pour association de malfaiteurs, dans le cadre d'un financement illicite présumé de sa campagne présidentielle par la Libye.

Former French President Nicolas Sarkozy leaves his home with his wife Carla Bruni and passes in front of a crowd of people who have gathered to support him on the day of his incarceration at the Sante prison to serve a five year sentence for criminal conspiracy in connection with an attempt to illegally finance his election campaign by Libya in Paris.
