Hommage aux victimes de terrorisme : la journaliste Elsa Leroy reçoit la Médaille de reconnaissance
Quatorze ans après le début de la vague d'attentats commis par Mohammed Merah en mars 2012 à Toulouse, une cérémonie s'est tenue ce 11 mars 2026 dans la Cour d'honneur de la Préfecture de Toulouse dans le cadre de le journée d’hommage national aux victimes du terrorisme. De nombreux officiels ont assisté à la cérémonie, dont le maire de Toulouse Jean-Luc Moudenc et le député de la IVe circonscription François Piquemal, tous deux candidats aux élections municipales. A l'occasion de cette cérémonie, la journaliste française Elsa Leroy, victime de l’attentat de Kaboul en 2002, a reçu des mains du Préfet Pierre-André Durand la Médaille nationale de reconnaissance aux victimes du terrorisme.

Fourteen years after the wave of attacks committed by Mohammed Merah in March 2012 in Toulouse, a ceremony was held this March 11, 2026, in the courtyard of the Prefecture of Toulouse as part of the National Day of Tribute to Victims of Terrorism. Numerous officials attended the ceremony, including the Mayor of Toulouse Jean-Luc Moudenc and the MP for the 4th constituency François Piquemal, both candidates in the upcoming municipal elections. During the ceremony, French journalist Elsa Leroy, a victim of the 2002 Kabul bombing, was awarded the National Medal of Recognition for Victims of Terrorism by the Prefect Pierre-André Durand.
