Le 27 février 2025, François Ruffin, député et membre du groupe Écologiste et Social à l’Assemblée nationale, était à Sartène, en Corse-du-Sud, pour rencontrer ses sympathisants et échanger sur les enjeux locaux. Lors de cette discussion, plusieurs thématiques ont été abordées, notamment l’emprise de la mafia sur l’île, les problèmes liés à la drogue, les difficultés économiques et les défis écologiques.
Dans un second temps, François Ruffin s’est rendu au gymnase municipal pour partager un moment plus informel avec les jeunes du village, participant à un match de football en salle aux côtés des licenciés du club local.
