Mathieu Blanchet a repris le domaine que son père a créé, il y produit du pouilly fumé. En janvier 2025 la confrérie des Bailly de Pouilly lui attribue la garde de la statue de Saint Vincent, saint patron des vignerons pour un an. Durant cette année j’ai suivi le travail dans ce petit domaine sur les coteaux de Pouilly sur Loire, des vignes a la cave.

Mathieu Blanchet took over the estate his father created, where he produces Pouilly Fumé wine. In January 2025, the Bailly de Pouilly brotherhood awarded him custody of the statue of Saint Vincent, patron saint of winegrowers, for one year. During that year, I followed the work on this small estate on the slopes of Pouilly-sur-Loire, from the vineyards to the cellar.
