Convention internationale de trapèze volant 2026
Du 7 au 12 septembre 2026, la compagnie Les Lendemains a organisé, à l’espace culturel La Berline, à La Grand-Combe, la deuxième Convention internationale de trapèze volant qui a rassemblé près de 130 trapézistes, parmi les meilleurs spécialistes mondiaux de la discipline. Lors de ce rendez-vous unique au monde, tous ces adeptes du trapèze volant, venus de 13 pays différents et représentant 17 nationalités, se sont rencontrés pour partager leur pratique et offrir au grand public quelques frissons. Cette convention fut également l’occasion, lors d’une conférence, de rencontrer Michèle Pachany-Léotard, historienne et descendante de Jules Léotard, inventeur de la discipline du trapèze volant en 1859.
2026 International Flying Trapeze Convention
From September 7 to 12, 2026, the Les Lendemains company organized the second International Flying Trapeze Convention at the La Berline cultural center in La Grand-Combe, bringing together nearly 130 trapeze artists—including some of the world's top specialists in the discipline. At this unique global gathering, flying trapeze enthusiasts from 13 different countries and 17 nationalities met to share their craft and thrill the general public. The convention also provided an opportunity to meet—during a lecture—Michèle Pachany-Léotard, a historian and descendant of Jules Léotard, who invented the flying trapeze discipline in 1859.
