Évacuation du Squat la Thermite le 11 Mars 2025
Le 9 Mars 2025 était annoncée l'ouverture d'un nouveau squat social au 2 rue Lakanal à Montpellier dans une ancienne salle de sport fermée depuis 4 ans. Le squat visait à loger des personnes sans domicile et accueillir des évènements communautaires et politiques. Le squat a été évacué par la police nationale le 11 mars 2025 sans arrestation.

On March 9 was announced the inauguration of a new social squat located at 2 rue Lakanal in Montpellier in an ancient gym that had been closed for 4 years. The squat aimed at housing homeless people and at organising social and politcal events. It was evicted by the french national police on March 11 2025 without any arrest.
