LES ROMS DE L'AGGLOMERATION NANTAISE MANIFESTENT POUR LEUR DIGNITE
Environ de 350 personnes issues des communautés Roms vivant dans l'agglomération nantaise (France) ont manifesté samedi 17 mai 2025 pour réclamer d'être traité dignement par les pouvoirs publics. Elles dénoncent le démantèlement d’un de leur bidonville dans la ZAC de Doulon, mais aussi de leur conditions de travail dans les récoltes maraîchères et viticoles autour de Nantes.
ROMA FROM THE NANTES CONURBATION DEMONSTRATE FOR THEIR DIGNITY
Around 350 people from Roma communities living in the Nantes conurbation (France) demonstrated on Saturday 17 May 2025 to demand that they be treated with dignity by the public authorities. They are denouncing the dismantling of one of their shanty towns in the Doulon ZAC, as well as their working conditions in the market-garden and wine-growing areas around Nantes.
