MARINE LE PEN CONDAMNEE A 5 ANS D'INELIGIBILITE
Lundi 31 mars 2025 le Tribunal Judiciaire de Paris (France) a condamné la Présidente du Rassemblement National Marine Le Pen à une peine de 5 ans d’inéligibilité avec exécution immédiate et 4 ans de prison dont 2 fermes en la déclarant coupable de détournement de Fonds Publics dans l’affaire des emplois présumés fictifs d’attachés parlementaires d’eurodéputés du Front National. Elle a quitté le tribunal sans faire de déclaration.
MARINE LE PEN SENTENCED TO 5 YEARS INELIGIBILITY
On Monday March 31, 2025, the Judicial Court of Paris (France) sentenced the President of the Rassemblement National, Marine Le Pen, to 5 years' ineligibility with immediate execution and 4 years' imprisonment, of which 2 were firm, finding her guilty of misappropriation of public funds in the case of the allegedly fictitious employment of parliamentary attachés of Front National MEPs. She left the court without making any statement.
